I saw a nice photo of a rabbit on Flickr, which had the typical beg-for-food pose. I sketched it freehand and changed some things in his pose, though not much.
The pencil drawing was scanned, retouched and recoloured. The speech balloon and text was traced from the original pencil drawing.
